Associate Vice President - Human Resources

The role

The HR Head will lead the human resources function for Banking/ Fintech consultant firm, ensuring alignment of people strategy with business objectives.

• This role involves driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development in a fast-paced environment.
• Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, partnering with leadership to build a high-performance culture, designing recruitment strategies for tech and non-tech roles, forecasting manpower needs, fostering an inclusive work environment, driving employee satisfaction and retention, implementing robust performance appraisal systems, overseeing compensation and benefits, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements, managing audits and HR-related risk mitigation, creating learning and development programs, promoting continuous learning, and leveraging HR tech tools for efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• The role reports to the CEO/COO.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent, with 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in NBFC or fintech driven organizations is preferred.
• Essential skills include excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, leadership, business acumen, and change management.
