The role

• Backed by Elevation Capital and General Catalyst, it processes INR 20,000+ Crores of invoices monthly.
• This role is for a Customer Success Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing technical success of the platform for enterprise customers.
• It sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and product, involving hands-on technical work and direct customer interaction.
• Key responsibilities include supporting platform deployment and configuration, acting as a technical point of contact for customers, translating business needs into technical inputs, handling L1/L2 production support, debugging data/integration/performance issues, troubleshooting ETL pipelines, and creating technical documentation.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as technical support (L1/L2), deployment, implementation, or solutions engineering.
• Required technical skills include working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) or Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with SQL, APIs, monitoring and logging tools, and an understanding of ETL pipelines and data workflows are essential.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with familiarity with cloud networking fundamentals, is also required.
