DGM / GM – Business Operations & Product Sales

The role

This DGM/GM role focuses on driving business growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence within the Media & Entertainment industry.

• The position requires an experienced leader with strong expertise in business operations, key account management, product sales, commercial negotiations, and business development.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end business operations, driving product sales and revenue growth, managing key client relationships (including CXO-level stakeholders), leading commercial negotiations for contracts and leasing agreements, expanding the sales network (especially within the Mumbai film trade circuit), collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing business performance, preparing management presentations, managing budgets, improving processes, and leading cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold a mandatory graduation degree from a recognized university, with relevant certificates available for verification.
• A minimum of 12-18 years of relevant experience in business operations, sales, business development, or commercial management is required.
• Essential skills include a strong understanding of sales operations, distribution, vendor management, and business processes, a proven track record in revenue generation, product sales, key account management, and business development, and experience in commercial contracts and negotiations, including long-term leasing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with CXO-level relationships, are crucial.
