The role
A curated paid membership platform connecting consumers with premium offers, is seeking a Founders Office / Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) to join its founding team in Mauritius.
- This high-ownership, hands-on role involves working directly with founders and leadership to drive execution across merchant onboarding, corporate engagements, activations, and internal operations.
- The EiR will act as a central execution layer, bringing structure, driving follow-through, and ensuring outcomes without constant founder intervention.
- Key responsibilities include business execution and coordination, merchant onboarding support (including using AI tools), corporate and activation support (including on-ground events), partnerships and external coordination, and operations and process building.
- The role requires close collaboration with commercial and product teams.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or similar roles.
- Essential qualities include being highly organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong execution ability, ownership, and accountability.
- The ideal candidate can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with a practical, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
