Project Manager - AdTech, Data & AI

The role

An Adtech is a profitable, Singapore-headquartered data and AI company building a critical data layer for the AdTech ecosystem.

• The Project Manager will be responsible for aligning Data and Engineering teams to ensure data and technology projects, spanning AdTech, audience, identity, and location datasets, are delivered to clients on time and to a high standard.
• This role involves translating client and business requirements into a prioritized, sprint-based delivery backlog, fostering seamless collaboration between data engineering and platform development teams, and managing all dependencies to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• The role requires end-to-end delivery management of multiple concurrent data and technology projects, run as weekly Agile sprints.
• This includes coordinating distinct disciplines such as data engineering, data science, platform/software engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to prevent delivery stalls.
• Key responsibilities involve maintaining the backlog, tracking risks and blockers, and ensuring client commitments are met on time and to quality.
• The Project Manager will act as the primary delivery contact for clients and partners, translating requirements into actionable work, managing expectations on scope and timelines, and handling escalations.
