• This Senior AI Engineer role is within a new AI vertical targeting the global market, joining the core engineering team.
• The role focuses on building autonomous agents that operate end-to-end CFO functions within enterprise ERP environments like SAP, interpreting documents, applying logic, performing transactions, and escalating exceptions.
• Performance is measured by finance outcomes such as touchless processing rate and reduction in manual effort.
• Key responsibilities include owning finance workflows as autonomous agents, designing tool surfaces over ERPs, building against production enterprise systems using orchestration frameworks, managing agent memory and finance knowledge graphs, developing evaluation platforms, and optimizing model routing and system scalability.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with advanced proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML development practices.
• Required experience includes 5+ years in total, with at least 2 years shipping LLM systems in production.
• Specific experience is mandatory in delivering multi-step agents in production, designing memory and context strategies for long-running agents, building evaluation harnesses, working with multiple model providers/families, and operating LLM/ML systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK or custom), graph data modeling (Neo4j, Neptune, ArangoDB), strong API and data engineering fundamentals (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, vector stores), and cloud-native deployment (GCP, AWS, Azure) are essential.
